Patrick and I just made this for Tania, since she's having us over for dinner tomorrow night. Doesn't it make you want to be my friend, too, so we would make this sort of thing for you? Hmm, doesn't it? :)
I'm not a real foodie. I don't live and breathe food, but I am a huge fan of the stuff, and tend to appreciate other people's devotion to good eats. I'm mildly addicted to certain food blogs, and love trying out recipes and techniques, so I created this blog to chronicle my attempts at culinary greatness. Cooking has always been therapeutic for me, a social and familial activity that allows me to be both creative and comfortable...so here we go!
